MICROWAVE MULTI-STAGE AMPLIFIER

摘要

PURPOSE:To suppress the mode of a surface acoustic wave propagated in a dielectric board by arranging microwave amplifiers in a shield case having an integrated partition plate with the partition plate inbetween and tightening an upper cover to the partition plate by a screw so as to separate each case spatially. CONSTITUTION:A partition plate 7 is integrated with a shield gate 8 and an upper cover 11 is screw-tightened to the partition plate to separate each case room spatially and the surface acoustic wave mode in the dielectric board 4 is suppressed, excellent isolation is offered and the stable microwave multi- stage amplifier is realized.
