METHOD FOR RUBBER SPRINGS CLIPPING

The rubber springs produced by this method are used for keyboards in the electronic industry. It offers increased productivity. The quality of the springs is constant - the maximum repairable rejects is 4 percent, while unrepairable reject springs do not exist. The method is applied by inserting the billet into the mould and pressing with a plate with a 12-17 kN force for 100 pieces. Then the pieces are stretched by a stepped punch with a 10-12 kN force perpendicular to the surface of the scrap and simultaneous pressing in the plane perpendicular to the axes of the punches unit the cut contour is separated.
