PURPOSE:To make possible of suppressing cementation phenomenon to metal to the utmost with utilizing characteristics of graphite by incorporating a specific ratio of carbon black having a fixed particle diameter into a graphite base material forming a graphite jig using for sintering of metal. CONSTITUTION:The aimed low-cementation graphite material is formed by mixing 1-30wt.% carbon black having 20-60nm averaged particle diameter into a graphite base material. The above-mentioned low-cementation graphite material constructs a graphite jig used in sintering of metal in e.g. a case of forming a stem on a lead terminal in an electronic part material. |
