PURPOSE:To obtain a molded product at a high dimensional accuracy by a method wherein a high polymer composite is molded into plates and the plates thus obtained are laminated being bonded to be made into a necessary shape. CONSTITUTION:First, pellets comprising a high polymer composite are prepared. Here, high polymer composite pellets are made with a double-axis kneader/ extruder with a dielectric ceramic powder and a carbon powder compounded into a fluororesin as simulating dielectric characteristics of muscle of a human body. Then, the pellets are used to perform an injection molding of a plate- shaped molded product 3 in a shape of a disc divided in four. Then, a plurality of the plate-shaped molded products 3 are laminated being bonded with an adhesive to obtain a laminate 5. Then. a cylindrical laminate 5 is machined with a lathe to make a spherical fanthom 14 assuming a head. The fanthom 14 thus obtained is irradiated with an electromagnetic wave of 900MHz thereby enabling the measurement of a surface temperature thereof and an internal temperature distribution being divided in half along an interface 11. |
