1、一种三相调相直流弧焊机,其特征在于本焊机由调相式弧焊变流源BL、主控系统和硅整流装置GZ以及二次电流、电压指示仪表所组成,该弧焊变流源BL的特征为: 1)一次输入三相绕组分别由两个并联支路所组成,即A相为A<sub>1</sub>X<sub>1</sub>//A<sub>2</sub>X<sub>2</sub>,B相为B<sub>1</sub>Y<sub>1</sub>//B<sub>2</sub>Y<sub>2</sub>,C相为C<sub>1</sub>Z<sub>1</sub>//C<sub>2</sub>Z<sub>2</sub>,此三相绕组并联支路的首端A<sub>1</sub>//A<sub>2</sub>,B<sub>1</sub>//B<sub>2</sub>,C<sub>1</sub>//C<sub>2</sub>分别接入受控主回路三相系统A、B、C的相线上,而其末端X<sub>1</sub>//X<sub>2</sub>,Y<sub>1</sub>//Y<sub>2</sub>,Z<sub>1</sub>//Z<sub>2</sub>连接成一点,从而形成星形连接, 2)二次输出的三相绕组分别由两个串并联支路组成,即a相为a<sub>1</sub>x<sub>1</sub>-a’<sub>1</sub>x’<sub>1</sub>//a<sub>2</sub>x<sub>2</sub>-a’<sub>2</sub>x’<sub>2</sub>,b相为b<sub>1</sub>y<sub>1</sub>-b’<sub>1</sub>y’<sub>1</sub>//b<sub>2</sub>y<sub>2</sub>-b’<sub>2</sub>y’<sub>2</sub>,c相为c<sub>1</sub>z<sub>1</sub>-c’<sub>1</sub>z’<sub>1</sub>//c<sub>2</sub>z<sub>2</sub>-c’<sub>2</sub>z’<sub>2</sub>,并联支路的首端a<sub>1</sub>//a<sub>2</sub>、b<sub>1</sub>//b<sub>2</sub>、c<sub>1</sub>//c<sub>2</sub>分别接入三相桥式整流电路输入端a、b、c的相线上,末端x’<sub>1</sub>x’<sub>2</sub>、y’<sub>1</sub>y’<sub>2</sub>、z’<sub>1</sub>z’<sub>2</sub>连接成一点,形成二次绕组的星形连接, 3)一次输入的三相绕组以互差120°的电气角度镶嵌在施以绝缘的定铁芯槽内, 4)二次输出的另一个支路的三相绕阻a<sub>1</sub>x<sub>1</sub>//a<sub>2</sub>x<sub>2</sub>,b<sub>1</sub>y<sub>1</sub>//b<sub>2</sub>y<sub>2</sub>,c<sub>1</sub>z<sub>1</sub>//c<sub>2</sub>z<sub>2</sub>以互差120°的电气角度镶嵌在施以绝缘的动铁芯槽内,另一支路的三相绕组a’<sub>1</sub>x’<sub>1</sub>//a’<sub>2</sub>x’<sub>2</sub>,b’<sub>1</sub>y’<sub>1</sub>//b’<sub>2</sub>y’<sub>2</sub>,c’<sub>1</sub>z’<sub>1</sub>//c’<sub>2</sub>z’<sub>2</sub>以互差120°的电气角度镶嵌在施以绝缘的定铁芯槽内, 5)动铁芯有同心轴,与定铁芯的端架轴孔滑动配合,动、定铁芯间有气隙,可使动铁芯作相对于定铁芯的限位转动。 |
