The proposed method is intended for use in chest surgery. It is functionally consistent and does not lead to interference with the innervation and the blood supply of the bronchial tree. The fragments adapt well and allow a corrective action, no stenosis takes place at the graft zone and no ventilation impairment occurs in the remaining lung. Following extirpation of the tumour, a portion of the bronchial wall is tailored in accordance with the localization of the pathological process. It is used to restore the patency of the lower respiratory pathways.
