PURPOSE:To improve the effect of cooling a high-brightness light source by preventing air heated in a heat sink from flowing into the side of the high- brightness light source by the convectional phenomenon by use of a partition board. CONSTITUTION:The inside part of a house 1 is partitioned into the rooms on the front and back sides of a cold mirror 3 by use of the cold mirror 3 and the partition board 10 so that the sir heated in the heat sink 13 may not flow into the room 11a on the side of a xenon lamp 2 by the convectional phenomenon. Then, the effect of cooling the xenon lamp 2 can be enhanced and the temperature rising in the lamp house 1 can be reduced to a prescribed value, and the performance of the xenon lamp 2 can be stably achieved. Thus, the effect of cooling the high-brightness light source can be improved, the performance of the high-brightness light source can be stabilized and the life of the high-brightness light source can be prolonged. |
