PURPOSE:To quickly respond to system-down of a main data-way, by providing an auxiliary line connecting between a master station and each slave station and switching the channel to subdata-way at the down time of the main data-way. CONSTITUTION:When the down of a main data-way 10 is detected with an MSG channel matter controller 22, the down detecting signal is transferred to an SCC channel master controller 23. SCC channel slave controllers 43-3, 41-3 give an instruction for switching the channel from the main data-way 10 to an auxiliary line 11. On the other hand, the controller 22 instructs the stop of an output of a synchronizing signal to a master relay device 21 to initialize the data-way 10 and to lead it to rise. When the data-way 10 is risen, a return detecting signal is transferred to the controller 23. |
