The fastening has an elongated main part (1) enclosing a hollow cylindrical cavity (2) and fixed to a ceiling or wall. The main part (1) is divided axially into two parts (4,5) at least. At least one part (4) can be moved and/or removed in relation to the other part (5). The (re)movable part (4) has one of its lengthwise edges (6) spaced apart from the other part to form a slot (7) the entire length of the main part (1). The inside of the main part's entire length has at least two (8,9) ridges on which is movably fixed a support (10). The two parts (4,5) are joined by a suspension and/or snap piece (12-17), or by screws or clamps. The main part's (1) inside has at least one circular-sectioned enclosed duct (21,22) for pipes (23,25). USE/ADVANTAGE - All kinds of curtain fitments can be fixed by the fastening.
