PURPOSE:To facilitate to adjust equipment height of a shoulder anchor by providing a pressure receiving member to press an engaging member in the direction of breaking away from cutout parts at movement of the engaging member in the engaging direction on a sliding member slidable in the lengthwise direction of a guide rail. CONSTITUTION:A shoulder adjuster is provided with a guide rail constituted out of a metallic guide rail 10 and a synthetic resin guide rail 12, a sliding member 50 slidable along the combined guide rails 10, 12 in one body is provided, and the member 50 is mainly provided with a metallic slider 52, a metallic lock plate 54, a synthetic resin fixing plate 56, and a slide plate 58. On the center opening 98 part of the fixing plate 56, a ring-like pressure receiving member 104 is arranged, and formed in one body with fixing plate 56 through a connecting part 106 of soft corrugated plate. When the slide plate 58 is pushed down, the inclined pressurized plate 94 pushes the inclined pressure receiving face 105 of the pressure receiving member 104, and the lock plate 54 is separated from the cutout part 40 of the guide rail 12. |
