PURPOSE:To contrive to deburr the whole burr extending in axial direction, suppressing the slip caused by thick-burr parts at the contact part of nip molds and thin burr parts by driving nip molds in almost radial direction outward, after the burr of the rubber bush kept by a holding bar has been nipped and fixed. CONSTITUTION:While two pairs of nip molds 40, 50 cover thick-burr parts 32a along axial direction in opposite state, they put thin burr parts 32b therebetween and fix them thereto. These nip molds 40, 50 are fitted to the pawl parts 61, 71 of a clamping device 60, 70 by bolts 62, 72, and then the burr 32 is put between the nip molds 40, 50 and can be fixed or released, operating a cylinder 63. The clamping devices 60, 70 are connected to the cylinder device which may be driven up and down, and the nip molds 40, 50 are made to be mutually driven in the radial direction of a rubber bush 30 outward, thereby deburring automatically the burrs 32a, 32b. |
