PURPOSE:To prevent the effect infricted by the heat input into a cooling vessel from outside by a method wherein the evaporation gas of a cooling liquid is brought into each lead tube in which a superconducting wire is buried in the wall of the tube. CONSTITUTION:A current lead wire 7, to be used to feed power from outside, is connected to a superconducting coil 6. The current lead wire 7 is composed of lead tubes 10 which are formed by burying a plurality of superconducting wires 9 along the circumferential direction of a conductive tube 8 and also bundled by a band material 11 at proper intervals, and a bundling lead tube 13 which is formed by fixing the lead tube 10 on the above-mentioned bundled part using lead soldering material 12. Besides, the above-mentioned lead tubes 10 are formed, for example, by conducting a drawing molding process and the like. The lower end part of the bundling lead tube 13 is positioned on the evaporation gas zone 5a of a cooling liquid 5 in such a manner that the lower end part is facing to the liquid surface of the cooling liquid 5 in a cooling vessel 1, and it is connected to the superconducting coil 6. The cooling liquid 5 in the cooling vessel 1 is evaporated and gasified, and the evaporated gas 5a passes through each lead tube 10 from an introducing hole 17, and exhausted to a circulation path 20 from an exhaust hole 18. |
