PURPOSE:To set a level difference between a right/left side zone and an upper side zone easily, and reduce the cost by forming a hollow part in a head part covering a gap between an upper side of a front glass and a window frame in a different shape from that of a hollow part in a head part covering a side part of the front glass sand the window frame. CONSTITUTION:For a window mold for an automobile, a right and a left side mould 3 and an upper mould 4 are formed continuously long by extruding synthetic resin material. In this case, the right and left side zone 3 has a leg part 11 to be inserted into a gap between a right and left side edge of a front glass 1 and a window frame 2, and a right and left side head part 12 for covering the gap. The right and left side head part 12 has a hollow part 15 of a predetermined cross section, and a seal member 16 resiliently in contact with the outer surface of the window frame 2 is formed protruding. In the meanwhile, the upper side zone 4 has the leg part 11 to be inserted into a gap between an upper side edge of the front glass 1 and the window frame 2, and an upper side head part 18 for covering the gap. The upper side head part 18 has a deformed hollow part 19 of a smaller cross section than that of the hollow part 15 is formed by crushing it under a pressure immediately after it is extrusion moulded. |
