发明名称 EXTRUSION MOLDING FOR INORGANIC PRODUCT
摘要 PURPOSE:To reduce the production cost of an inorganic extruded molding and improve the strength thereof by adding a specified cement-hardening agent to the surface of an extruded molding produced from an inorganic raw material containing cement, a reinforcing fiber, silica, etc., then curing and hardening the molding. CONSTITUTION:Cement, a necessary reinforcing fiber, silica and inorganic raw materials for extrusion molding are uniformly mixed followed by extrusion molding. The resultant molding is then received on a pallet and a cement- hardening agent prepared by mixing 1-5wt.% oxycarboxylic acid salt with 100 pts.wt. material composed of one or more compounds selected from sulfates of aluminum, lithium, gallium and thallium and sulfate double salts of aluminum, lithium, gallium and thallium is added to the surface of the above-mentioned molding within a range of 2-20wt.% based on cement in the above-mentioned inorganic raw materials. Curing and hardening are subsequently carried out, thus obtaining the objective inorganic product.
