<p>PURPOSE:To attain the reduction of cost and others as well as smooth the separated supply of accumulated papers in a paper feeder such as a duplicating machine or the like with a paper-feeding standard on one side, by providing a separating pawl and a paper-feeding roll only on its standard face. CONSTITUTION:A paper feeder with a paper-feeding standard on one side is provided with a paper-separating pawl 2 only in the corner part of accumulated papers 1 on the standard side and a paper-feeding roll 3 at a position separated from the pawl by a gap l properly required for paper-feeding. The paper-feeding roll 3 is brought in touch with papers 1 at an interval of a distance A to the side of a paper side-guide on the standard side fixed to set the standard face of paper feeding. A movable paper side-guide 6 is provided to face to the side-guide 8 for preventing papers 1 from slanted feeding. The topmost paper 1 separated by the cooperation of this paper-feeding roll 3 and the separating pawl 2 is then issued via conveying rolls 4 and 5.</p> |
