<p>PURPOSE:To load a magnetic tape while surely preventing damage by turning a turning arm at a prescribed angle to perpendicularly bring a leading post into contact with the reference face of the magnetic tape at the time of catching the magnetic tape by the leading post. CONSTITUTION:When a tape cassette C is loaded to the device, leading-out posts 6 and 7 and a leading-out inclined post 12 are moved in directions of arrows to lead out a magnetic tape T, and a loading ring 1 is turned in the direction of an arrow to start loading of the tape T. At the time of loading the tape T, a turning arm 18 is brought into contact with an arm guide 20 and is turned at a prescribed angle at the position before a post 19 catches the tape T, and the post 19 of the arm 18 is brought into contact with the reference face of the tape T in parallel, and the tape T is caught without damage. The post 19 follows up turning of the ring 1, and the tape T is loaded and is wound around a rotating drum 14 and is brought into contact with magnetic heads 15 and 16, thereby completing loading. Thus, the tape T is free from torsion and ununiform tension and is prevented from being damaged, and the tape is naturally loaded.</p> |
