<p>PURPOSE:To prevent outward expanding of a metal thin plate by providing a metal expansion and contraction allowance space between a periphery edge of the metal thin plate and an inner peripheral surface of a cylindrical mounting member. CONSTITUTION:A copper thin plate expansion and contraction allowance space 20 is provided between a peripheral edge of a disc-shaped copper thin plate 3 and an inner peripheral surface of a cylindrical mounting member 6. Elastic body escaping spaces 21 and 22 are provided between outer and inner peripheral edges of an upper part elastic body 4 and an inner peripheral surface of a ring-shaped recess part 16 which opposes to these edges. Further, a ring-shaped lower part elastic body 5 is interposed between a lower surface of an outer peripheral edge of the copper thin plate 3 and a receiving part 7 of the cylindrical mounting member 6, and an elastic body escaping space 23 is provided between a peripheral edge of the ring-shaped lower elastic body 5 and the inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical mounting member 6. Thus, if the copper thin plate 3 expands because of rising of temperature of a heat pressing member 2, the expansion is absorbed by the allowance space 20, whereby the copper thin plate 3 can be prevented from expanding outward.</p> |
