<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a cured cement having decreased weight and improved resistance to freezing and melting, flexural strength and compressive strength and suppressed deformation, etc., by adding plastic powder to a cured cement material and making the powder to a state at least bonded and solidified on the surface of the material. CONSTITUTION:The subject cured material is produced by dispersing (A) 10-50wt.% of finer powder or granule of a plastic material in (B) a cement paste, mortar material or concrete material, forming and curing the dispersion and heating at least the surface of the formed article at a temperature above the melting temperature of the component A, thereby making the component A to a state bonded and solidified at least on the surface of the coagulated cement or the aggregate.</p> |
