<p>PURPOSE:To facilitate to take in/out a spare tire in a trunk in which received articles are taken in/out through turning over the inner facing material utilizing hinge action by arranging in parallel a plurality of pieces of intermediate layer having large flexural rigidity at certain intervals, and making the hinge parts between the intermediate layers. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of pieces of intermediate layer 2-6 of large flexural rigidity and shorter width than the height of a trunk are arranged in parallel at certain intervals on the part of a trunk inner facing material at least receiving turning over action, and one face is laminated with a skin layer 1 covered with fiber, the other face is laminated with the back face 7 of composite felt composed of surface nonwoven fabric and fiber base material is laminated. The gap parts and outer circumference of the intermediate layers 2-6 are formed by press forming into meltedly fitted thin thickness. The intermediate layer is made of raw material such as corrugated fiber board or honeycomb construction, the skin layer is made of nonwoven fabric, needle carpet, and the like of which the back is covered with polyethylene, ethylene, and the like.</p> |
