<p>PURPOSE:To effectively utilize concrete waste by grinding concrete waste from which foreign matter is removed to prepare a raw material and further grinding the raw material to separate the ground substance having a particle size exceeding 5mm and again grinding the remainder to recover only sand. CONSTITUTION:In the re-treatment of concrete waste, foreign matter is removed from the concrete waste and the remainder is ground so as to have a particle size of 40mm or less to prepare a raw material which is, in turn, further finely ground. The raw material from which the ground substance having a particle size exceeding 5mm is separated is again ground and a cement component or mud component is removed from the ground substance to recover only sand of 0-5mm as fine aggregate. A re-treatment apparatus is constituted by providing equipment 2, 3 delivering the raw material by predetermined quantity to send out the same to receiving equipment 1 receiving a ground material 30 wherein foreign matter is removed from the concrete waste and arranging grinding equipment 4 reducing the particle size of the raw material to 5mm or less on the feed out side of the feed equipment 3 and providing equipment 5 classifying the ground substance exceeding 5mm and recovery equipment 6 removing a cement or mud component from the ground substance to obtain sand.</p> |
