PURPOSE:To obtain the title food having excellent flavor and productivity by cooling a liquid food such as pottage soup, dispersing or blending the liquid food with wheat starch, heat-treating and solidifying into a given shape. CONSTITUTION:A liquid food such as pottage soup, HAPOOSAI (a kind of Chinese food) or MISO soup is cooled, wheat starch (amount thereof used is preferably 10-18% based on total weight of liquid food) solidified by heat history is dispersed or blended with the cooled liquid food, heat-treated and solidified into a given shape to give the objective food. |
