PURPOSE:To enhance the success probability of trouble propagation by using the list of dummy external input capable of reaching external output formed by pre-processing without passing through a memory element at all in the trouble propagation processing within a time frame. CONSTITUTION:When the trouble propagation processing within each time frame is executed, the list 120 of dummy external inputs 109, 111, 113 capable of reaching external output 103 formed by pre-processing without passing through a memory element 113 at all is formed. The dummy external inputs 109, 111, 113 supposing trouble are calculated from the list 120 by the time frame propagating the effect of trouble to the external output 103 to perform the propagation of trouble. By this method, trouble can be propagated at high speed and the detection rate of trouble is enhanced. |
