PURPOSE:To cut the peak of power demand by detecting the circumstantial condition at the time of receiving a signal transmitted from the power supply side and discriminating the validity of the operation capability in a range, where the actual life is not extremely affected, to automatically increase or reduce the operation capability. CONSTITUTION:This apparatus consists of a power supply adjusting part 3, a switch 4, a power supply control part 5, a sensor 7, a control part 8, a power supply condition setting part 9, and a power supply condition determining part 10. When power demand is quickly increased and a signal to request the suppression of power use is transmitted from the power supply side at the time of arrival of the power supply capability at its maximum, a signal reception part 6 receives this signal and reduces or stops the operation capability of an apparatus 2 operated at present to automatically adjust the operation of the apparatus. Thus, the peak of power demand is automatically cut. |
