PURPOSE:To improve a reliability by ensuring an interlock operation by separating a lock lever side which decides the position of an IC card and holds it, and an inject lever side which operates this. CONSTITUTION:An engaging protrusion 32 of a lock lever 28 is pressure-engaged with a notch formed at the side edge of an IC card 22, and when the engaging protrusion 32 is in an engaged state, a restraining part 60 of an operating lever 56 is turned into a state capable of being engaged with a restraining part 42 of a lock releasing lever 38, at the time of the penetrating operation of an inject lever 52. Then, when the transfer of information with the IC 22 is executed, the operating lever 56 is rotated by activating a driving source 14 in order to constitute a state in which the restraining part 60 can not be engaged with the lock releasing lever 38, and the operating part of the inject lever 52 is bent, and this is abutted to a stepped part formed at the front face of a chassis 50. Thus, the reliability is improved by ensuring the interlock operation.
