PURPOSE:To provide a layered ceramic green sheet that can be layered under a small pressure by containing adhesive agent in ceramic slurry that is a mixture consisting of ceramic material, binder, and solvent. CONSTITUTION:Ceramic material such as barium titanate or the like, binder, and water or organic solvent are put in a ball mill and stirred so as to mix respective materials together to make ceramic slurry, then adhesive agent is added into the materials. Then, the ceramic slurry is put on a support film made of resin and developed into a thin sheet by means of a doctor blade and dried so that a ceramic green sheet is obtained. The quantity of the adhesive agent to be added into the materials of the ceramic green sheet is desired to be within the range form 1 to 50% of the weight of the binder. |
