PURPOSE:To provide a lighting fixture for a circular fluorescent lamp of the two-point support structure, which admits easy fitting operation for the lamp, by mounting a lamp holding spring in such a way as capable of opening and shutting up and down. CONSTITUTION:To mount a fluorescent lamp 5, first the gripping part 17 of a lamp holding spring 13 is held and turned upward. Now a contacting part 19 goes beyond a bend point 21 while deforming a spring 18 backward, and comes in contact with No.2 contacting point 23 situated below the spring 18 and is detained there. Then a terminal pin 5a of the fluorescent lamp 5 is inserted in a pin socket 6. The lamp holding spring 13 is turned downwards, and a lamp holding part 16 is put in contact with the peripheral surface of the fluorescent lamp 5. At this time, the contacting part 19 at the tail of the lamp holding spring 13 again goes beyond the bend point 21 of the spring 18 and is detained below No.1 contacting point situated over, to hold resiliently the fluorescent lamp 5 from the peripheral side. |
