<p>PURPOSE:To lighten the molded form of a composite material, and to reduce cost by laminating and shaping and curing a reticulately formed prepreg sheet and a surface material. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of and a plurality of rows of approximately linear slits 11... penetrated from a surface to a rear are formed to a prepreg sheet 1. The prepreg sheet 1 is stretched in approximately the rectangular direction to the slits 11..., and formed in a reticulate prepreg sheet 1. A surface material 2 is manufactured by laminating a base material 3 composed of cloth or a thermoplastic sheet and a soft foam 4 and a PET film (a polyethylene terephthalate film) 5. The surface material 2 and the reticulate prepreg sheet 1 are laminated by using adhesives, etc., as required under the state in which the rear of the PET film 5 of the surface material 2 and the surface of the reticulate prepreg sheet 1 are faced oppositely. The surface material 2 and the prepreg sheet 1 are shaped and cured by a molding die 6, thus acquiring a composite material. The prepreg sheet as a material is formed reticulately in the composite material obtained, thus reducing apparent specific gravity, then lightening the composite material.</p> |
