PURPOSE:To boil rice utilizing a heat-insulating heater for rice-boiling so as to enable precise heating control by enveloping a boiling kettle in a heat- insulating adiabatic cylinder, installing an annular heater on the outer periphery of a gas burner and heating the kettle with the gas burner by electrically turning on the heater during rice boiling. CONSTITUTION:A gas burner B and a rice-boiling kettle 20 are received in a vessel and the vessel is enveloped in a heat-insulating adiabatic cylinder 3 in which a heat-insulating material is filled, then an annular heater is installed on the outer periphery of the gas burner B, thus received in a main body case 2. A gaseous fuel is burned with the gas burner B at heavy heating time during rice boiling by electrically turning on the heater H and only the heater is turned on during weak heating and heat-insulation to perform thermally controlled rice-boiling. |
