PURPOSE:To do the speed control of a driving system accurately, stably, and simply by counting the tachopulses from a servo motor, using the servo motor. CONSTITUTION:An host MPU sets the number of counts corresponding to a tachocounter 2. Next, MPU 6 accepts operation start CMD from the host MPU. Next, it leads the number of counts from the tachocounter 2, and also it sets a driving current high (i0) in DAC3, and starts driving. Next, it sets a driving current '0' in the DAC when the speed sought from the difference in the number of counts being led every sampling hour out of the tachocounter 2 becomes above high speed target value v1 and decelerates the speed, on the other hand, when the speed becomes below v1, it sets the driving current high (i0) in DAC 3, and accelerates the speed, and controls it at a fixed speed of v1. |
