摘要 |
PURPOSE:To obtain the title food having excellent shelf stability, operation efficiency and good taste by forming an outer layer consisting essentially of starch in a solid state and an inner layer having a mayonnaise taste in a solid state. CONSTITUTION:A processed food of an animal or/and vegetable protein in a solid state or a processed food or wheat flour or/and starch in a solid state is made into an outer layer and an oil-in-water type emulsion containing wheat flour having >=25 deg.C melting point, egg (including equivalent and analogue) and an organic acid (including substance containing organic acid) is made into a solid state by using one or more polysaccharides to give an inner layer. |
