PURPOSE:To increase the amount of EGR gas, and to facilitate the control thereof by returning a part of exhaust gas extracted from an exhaustion system to the point where the pressure of a compressor of a turbocharger is low. CONSTITUTION:In a turbo-supercharger engine 10, a turbine 21 of a turbocharger 20 is connected between an exhaust manifold 12 and an exhaust pipe 14, while a compressor 22 is connected to a suction pipe 13 between an air cleaner 15 and an inter-cooler. An EGR pipe 26 is connected to the turbocharger 20. Namely, the EGR pipe 26 extracted from the downstream side or the turbine 21 or the turbocharger 20, is connected to the point which is on the back surface side of an impeller of the compressor 22, and where the pressure is low. An electromagnetic valve 57 is connected to the EGR pipe 26, while a butterfly valve 28 is connected to the upstream side of the compressor 22 of the turbocharger 20, and the amount of intake air is adjusted by the butterfly valve 28. |
