PURPOSE:To prevent the mistreatment of messages by storing the message information in an action box of each user and retrieving and displaying the stored message information by the user's retrieving request. CONSTITUTION:The user information is stored in a user information storage part 1 and the message information is stored in a message information storage part 2. At the same time, the action box information is stored in an action box information storage part 3 and the action message information is stored in an action message information storage part 4 respectively. Then a message information output control part 5 reads the user information, the message information, and the action box information out of the parts 1-4 respectively by the message output requests given from a user processing part 11 and stores these information in the part 4. Then the part 5 outputs the message information to a user terminal 12 in response to an action message retrieving request given from the terminal 12. Thus the mistreatment of messages can be prevented. |
