PURPOSE:To immobilize the subject safe bacteria without phytotoxicity and useful as a controlling means for organisms by immobilizing the bacteria of soft rot deficient in pathogenicity by variation treatment using sodium alginate and a high molecular substance. CONSTITUTION:Bacteria of soft rot deficient in pathogenicity by mutation or variation treatment are immobilized by using sodium alginate and a high molecular substance to immobilize the objective bacteria. Furthermore, the bacteria are then dried subsequently to the immobilization and polyvinyl alcohol, etc., are preferably used as the aforementioned high molecular substance. |
