PURPOSE:To obtain a thermal coloring sheet having excellent coloring density and resolution and excellent preserving stability such as waterproof and solvent resistance after coloring by providing a developer layer including polyolefin synthetic resin and thermal developer on a base material formed by extruding lamination and a thermal layer including leuco dye and thermal developer on the developer layer. CONSTITUTION:A thermal coloring sheet is made of a developer layer comprising polyolefin synthetic resin and thermal developer on a base material by extruding lamination and a thermal layer comprising leuco dye and thermal developer on the developer layer. The developer colors reacting to the dye in response to the developer in the developer layer thereunder each other. As a result, a thermal coloring sheet having excellent coloring density can be obtained. As for the mixing rate of the polyolefin synthetic resin and the thermal developer, it can not be prescribed absolutely dependent on kind of the polyolefin synthetic resin, kind and coloring grade of the developer, but the developer is 1-30 pts.wt. to 1.00 pts.wt. of the polyolefin synthetic resin. If the developer exceeds 30 pts.wt., there will be difficulty in laminating. On the other hand, if the developer is less than 1 pt.wt., coloring will be insufficient. |
