PURPOSE:To quickly transfer the discriminating information of a new accident card, and to immediately cope with the case of emergency by receiving at any time the discriminating information of the accident card generated newly in a second storage area from a host computer and storing it. CONSTITUTION:Discriminating information of an accident card is received as sorted file information by down-load from a host computer 1 and stored in a first storage area 14a, and discriminating information of an accident card generated newly is received at any time from the host computer 1 and stored in a second storage area 14b. Accordingly, it will suffice that the discriminating information of the accident card generated newly is only transferred to each entering/leaving room terminal machines 4a, 4b from the host computer 1. In such a way, the storage processing can be executed quickly, and even if the accident card is generated, it becomes possible to immediately cope therewith. |
