PURPOSE:To read a fine picture without flare influence with an imaging device by performing coating treatment for preventing reflection on a light transmittance body for preventing the generation of moire fringe. CONSTITUTION:Each color-separated transmitted light or reflection light 30 is formed on imaging devices 36a to 36c, and this is electrically read by means of optio-electric conversion. In this case, light transmittance bodies 38a to 38c arranged on the required positions on the light path between an original 22 and imaging elements 36a to 36c are treated by the coating for preventing reflection, and the amount of reflection of the transmittance light and the reflection light on the surface adjacent to air of the light transmittance body is restrained to a small amount. Thus, the generation of the flare due to the reflection light generated on the screen of the imaging device is restrained, and the picture reader can obtain the fine picture without flare influence by means of the imaging device. |
