PURPOSE:To speedily instruct a required processing by providing a call frequency table in each data file and adding an attribute, which can be easily recognized, to contents in the command list storage part of the instructed data file based on this table. CONSTITUTION:By selecting the objective data file of the processing and inputting the name in a user terminal 4, a command activation part 11 informs the inputted file name of a menu control part 12. Concerning the information file, the menu control part 12 reads out the contents of a command list storage part 31 and a call frequency table 33, a command menu displaying the command stored in a command storage part 2 with a luminance or a color, which can easily attracts the user of the terminal the higher the read frequency is, is displayed on the user terminal, and a command to be activated is selected. Further, the command activation part 11 activates the relevant command according to the selected command inputted from the user terminal 4, and the menu control part 12 updates the contents of the call frequency table 33 corresponding to the activated command. Thus, operability is improved. |
