A wheel-mounted serving rack for holding and transporting service articles, for example dishes, comprises a wheel carriage 4 and, mounted thereon, a stand 7 with a number of columns 8 which carry several holder members 2. To adapt to different sizes of the articles which are to be carried by the holder members 2, these can be detached and the stand 7 has a central locking arrangement 16 which acts between the wheel carriage 4 and at least one counterstay 10, 11. In the unclamped position, the columns 8 and thus also the holder members 2 can be moved horizontally according to which articles are to be placed in the rack 1. In the clamped position, the columns 8 and thus also the holder members 2 are fixed in suitable positions. The invention also concerns an arrangement for steering and manoeuvring the rack. <IMAGE> |
