PURPOSE:To realize a black/white inversion with a simple constitution, by adding the black/white inversion information to a character code concerning a reply output of a facsimile. CONSTITUTION:The normal character code and a black/white inversion information bit are added to each character code. A main control part 1 reads the character codes successively out of a character code memory 3 via a common bus 2, accumulates the black/white inversion information bit in an inversion memory 10 and at the same time reads the character data necessary for the facsimile reply output out of a character generating memory 4 to accumulate it successively in a line buffer memory 5 by every line. Both a series-parallel conversion part and an inversion control part 11 convert the character data and the black/white inversion information into the series level signals having the prescribed time intervals respectively to supply them to a character information control part 12. The part 12 supplies the character data given from the part 6 to a modulation/demodulation part 9 as it is or after inversion through an inverter. |
