PURPOSE:To guide an operation instructing request to a method corresponding to the intention of a user even when the operation instructing request to a computer can not be comprehended by providing a means to detect a conflict in the contents of an operation instructing command and a means to output the detected result. CONSTITUTION:This system is equipped with a morpheme analysis part 1, unknown word recognition part 4, similar word recognition part 6, rephrase expression request recognition part 7, suitable catalog sentence retrieval part 9, intermediate expression generation part 11, operation instruction conflict detection part 12, operation instruction language conversion part 14, operation instruction execution part 15 and possessed knowledge registration part 18. While referring to an operation instructing object definition information table 15, the operation instruction conflict detection part 12 detects the conflicting point of the operation instructing request based on an intermediate expression 11a and promotes the user to correct it, and the operation instruction execution part 15 accesses a data base 16 as an operation instructing object based on the operation instructing command. Thus, even when the operation instructing request to the computer can not be comprehended, the operation instructing request can be guided to the method corresponding to the intention of the user. |
