PURPOSE:To most shorten a time for mounting a part by creating a program for determining a distributing and mounting order of the part, and then testing the time for mounting to change the program based on a result of the testing. CONSTITUTION:Each part is classified based on shape information of the part by a part shape classifying means 1, and whether an interfering relation of each part is provided or not is tested based on arrangement information of the part by a part arrangement relation testing means 2. Next, each part is classified in a part group to provide a mounting priority order between the part groups by a part group priority order determining means 3, and the part group is distributed to an automatic assembly machine by a part distributing means 4. A mounting order in each part group is obtained by a mounting order determining means 5, and a test of mounting time of a printing wiring board is performed in a part mounting time test means 6 to change a distributing and mounting order of the part in a part mounting editing means 7 based on a result of the test. |
