PURPOSE:To prevent vibration sound from being produced and hereby apply air conditioning gas to an air conditioning gas processing device without biased flow by providing in a processing chamber a blade type rotor rotated by the air conditioning air introduced through an air intake port, and further providing means for providing resistance against the rotation of the rotor. CONSTITUTION:There is provided a blade type rotor 1 rotated by the inflow dynamic pressure of fresh air flowing into an air intake port 18 on be upstream side of an outdoor heat exchanger 3 in the direction where the fresh air passes. Between a rotary shaft 20 and a bearing part 21 there is further provided rotary resistance application means for providing rotary resistance to the rotary shaft 20, which takes a friction manifold structure so as to adjust and vary the rotary resistance depending upon the inflow dynamic pressure of the fresh air. The blade type rotor 1 comprises a small diameter rotor 1A and a large diameter rotor 1B for effectively reducing and canceling out the fresh air dynamic pressure by the use of the two rotors 1A, 1B. Hereby, the fresh air is fed without any biased flow toward the ventilation surface of the outdoor heat exchanger 30. |
