<p>PURPOSE:To reduce a difference between the registration number and an actual number of registered students by providing a confirmation means using a communication means so as to inform supplementary admittance to examines in the order of higher supplementary admission rank sequentially and confirming it to the examines as to whether they accept the supplementary admittance to the equipment. CONSTITUTION:A success or failure discrimination section 2 makes success or failure judgment including supplementary admittance of an examine 6 based on a success or failure discrimination data from a success or failure discrimination data section 1. When the judgment of success or failure is finished, a success or failure information section 4 informs the result of judgment to the examine 6 via a telephone line. When the examine replies the phone call, the success or failure information section 4 communicates with the examine in a voice message such as 'We will inform the result of the entrance examination to Mr. Taro Yamada. If you are ready, please tell us 'Yes'.' When the examine says 'Yes', it is recognized by the success or failure information section 4 and the success or failure information section 4 informs the examine a voice message such as 'You are successful in our entrance examination. Congratulations! We wish you joy of your success. Please follow the admission procedures till coming March 8th.' and terminates the processing. Thus, a difference between the registration number and an actual number of registered students is decreased.</p> |
