<p>PURPOSE: To make force applied to an armature that can travel freely nearly constant, regardless of the size of a gap in the direction of an axial line (within a specific range) between the armature and an adjacent magnetic pole part by constituting an assembly body with a nearly cylindrical housing that accommodate an electromagnetic coil with a coaxial hole in a vertical direction. CONSTITUTION: A device has an electromagnetic coil with a vertical axis line and a hole that is coaxial with the vertical axis line, and a housing that includes a magnetic material for forming the magnetic flux path of a magnetic field. Further, the device is composed of a magnetic pole part that is arranged in the hole of the electromagnetic coil, and an armature assembly body that is made of the magnetic material and is able to travel freely. A gap in the direction of the axis line is formed between the first part of the armature assembly body and the magnetic pole part and a suspension spring means in the above hole for supporting the armature, that can move freely in a hole near one edge of the magnetic pole part, so that it can travel along the axial line in the electromagnetic coil and that a gap in radial direction can be formed between the second part of the above armature assembly body and the first part of the above housing. Also, a means is provided for making a force nearly constant, which is applied to the armature that can travel freely by applying a current to the electromagnetic coil, regardless of the gap in the direction of the axial line in a fluctuation within a specific range of the gap in the direction of the axial line.</p> |
