PURPOSE:To make an observation apparatus possible to clearly observe silhouettes of electronic parts having various dimensions by changing a light projecting position to a light diffusion body in conformity with the dimensions of an electronic part. CONSTITUTION:To observe a small electronic part P1, a shutter 13 is moved down. In this state, light from a light source 11 is projected without being shut by the shutter 13 to an internal position (a) on a light diffusion body 6, the reflected light thereof passes through the side edge portion of the electronic part P1 and enters a camera 12, and the silhouette of the electronic part can be observed clearly. Further, in order to observe a large size electronic part P2, the shutter 13 is moved up. In this state, light from the light source 11 is partly shut off by the shutter 13 and projected to an external position/on the light diffusion body 6, and the reflected light thereof passes through the side edge portion of the electronic part P2 and enters the camera 12, thereby being able to observe the silhouette of the electronic part P2 clearly. Thus, an electronic part is observed by changing the light projecting position to the light diffusion body 6. |
