PURPOSE:To prevent the rash of the skin by flocking short fibers on the surface of natural rubber. CONSTITUTION:The short fibers 3 are flocked on the surface of the natural rubber 2 formed to a prescribed shape, for example, a band shape. Caution is required for the thickness of the natural rubber 2 as the rubber loses its flexural characteristic when wound around the elbow, the knee, etc., if this rubber is formed too thick. Vegetable fibers are preferably used in terms of the moisture absorptivity of the short fibers 3. The flocking of the short fibers 3 into the natural rubber 2 can be executed by, for example, electrostatic flocking. The surface of the natural rubber 2 is easily flocked uniformly over the entire surface according to this method. The rash of the skin is prevented in this way. |
