PURPOSE:To prepare drink-type rice gruel charged in a sealed vessel smoothly flowing out from the drinking can in a mixed state of rice granules and solution component in eating without mutual tacking of rice granules by using crushed rice as raw material rice. CONSTITUTION:1 pt.wt. crushed rice crushed to about a half size, 15-100 pts.wt. water or seasoning solution and an ingredient such as vegetable, as necessary, are charged in a vessel and sealed, then the vessel is rotated in a heat-sterilizing process at 1-20rpm. |
