摘要

A heterogeneous mixt. of solids, e.g. of municipal or industrial refuse, is sepd. into its constituents by placing it in a container exposed to vibration. This moves the constituents of greater specific gravity downward and those of lesser specific gravity upward. The fractions are finally extd. from different levels. The appts. consists of a long container with a bottom and side walls. The material is charged at the end and three discharge outlets are present for the three fractions, i.e. heavy, boundary and fibre. The container rests on legs with rubber buffers which are adjustable by a telescopic unit.
