PURPOSE:To make an observation apparatus possible to observe electronic parts as they stand by turning a camera for observing the electronic parts in conformity with various slanting angles of the individual electronic parts mounted on a substrate. CONSTITUTION:Electronic parts P1-P4 are mounted at various slanting angles. In this case, since electronic parts P1 and P2 are mounted at a slanting angle of 0 deg. and taken in inspection areas A1 and A2 of camera 3 as they stand without slanting, appearance inspection of electronic parts such as dislocation can be carried out as they are. However, since electronic part P3 stands with a slanting angle of theta3, electronic part P3 cannot be taken in an inspection area of the camera leaving the part inclined. So, if a motor 4 is driven to incline the camera 3 by a slanting angle of theta3, the electronic part P3 can be taken in the inspection area leaving the attitude of part P3 as it is. Further, electronic part P4 can also be taken in an inspection area A4 by slanting the camera 3 by a degree of theta4 leaving the present attitude of the part unchanged. |
