PURPOSE:To substantially prevent the deterioration of a photochromic material dispersed in a recording film and to improve coloration stability by forming the recording film consisting of a UV curing resin dispersed with the photochromic material on a substrate. CONSTITUTION:The recording film 3 consisting of the UV curing resin dispersed with the photochromic material is formed on a substrate 1. The recording film 3 is obtd. by dispersing the photochromic material into the UV curing resin, applying the dispersion on the substrate and irradiating the film with UV rays at the time of formation of the recording film 3. The need for solvents is, therefore, eliminated and the film forming stage is simplified. Since ternary crosslinking arises at the time of curing, the environmental resistance is high and the photochromic material is protected from the outside field. The photochromic material in the recording film 3 is less deteriorated in this way and the coloration stability is improved. |
